These include the original documents of the property, base/belt details, tax bills for the current financial year, possession certificate, non-attachment certificate, property valuation certificate, and a location map/certificate of the property, all obtained from the Village Office. Additionally, a Liquor Certificate for the past 14 years from the Sub Registrar Office is required.
Official Surety and Guarantor Criteria:
For those opting for official surety, applicants must provide salary certificates for permanent employees working in government, semi-government, PSU, Panchayat, Municipality, University, Co-operative Banks, Aided School/College, etc. Institutions. Gazetted officers and self-paying officers may issue self-certificates, while the audit number of gazetted officers and treasury should be recorded and attested by superiors. Guarantors must have at least one more year of service remaining after the loan tenure, with current recoveries not exceeding 40% of the gross salary. Those working on deputation must produce a No Objection Certificate/Countersignature from the parent department.
